Responsible gambling

Gambling should be entertainment you can afford, not a way to make money. If it has stopped being that, help is available.

Warning signs

  • Spending more than you planned, or chasing losses.
  • Borrowing money or using bill money to gamble.
  • Hiding gambling from family or friends.
  • Feeling anxious or irritable when not gambling.

Practical limits

  • Set a deposit limit in the casino's account settings before you play.
  • Decide a session time limit and stop when it ends, win or lose.
  • Never gamble with borrowed money.
  • Skip bonuses if wagering requirements push you to play longer than you intended.

Self-exclusion

PAGCOR runs a responsible gaming programme that includes exclusion from licensed gaming. Licensed casinos also offer account-level self-exclusion and cool-off periods — contact the casino's support to activate them.
